JF ACADEMY TERMS OF SERVICE

This page describes current paid membership offerings. Review and accept the exact applicable agreement displayed during enrollment before payment. Previously accepted agreements and existing subscription terms remain in effect for those memberships.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of JF Academy, a coaching and educational service operated by Jonathan Fowler Media LLC (“JF Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Before proceeding through the membership enrollment flow, you must affirmatively accept the applicable version of these Terms and the disclosures for your selected offer. Viewing a page or continuing to navigate does not record acceptance.

1. JF ACADEMY

JF Academy provides educational content, coaching, training, resources, live sessions, and related services designed to help members develop skills in areas including artificial intelligence, business, social media, content creation, and AI-assisted video.

JF Academy memberships include the coaching tracks selected at enrollment and associated member resources. Available tracks and resources include:

• AI in Business • WOWMi / AI Video Coaching • Social Media Coaching • JF Academy member resources and coaching portal • Live coaching sessions and associated community resources

Specific features, curriculum, schedules, instructors, resources, and content may evolve over time.

2. PAID ENROLLMENT

Billing begins when you confirm your purchase. Review your selected coaching tracks, recurring price, billing frequency and applicable membership agreement before payment.

3. MEMBERSHIP PLANS AND RECURRING BILLING

Choose one, two or all three coaching tracks.

Quarterly: one track $297; two tracks $564.30; three tracks $801.90, billed every three months.

Annual: one track $948; two tracks $1,801.20; three tracks $2,559.60, billed annually.

Two-track packages include 5% bundle savings; three-track packages include 10% bundle savings. These savings are already included in the prices above.

By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize JF Media and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the billing terms presented at checkout until your membership is canceled.

Applicable taxes, if any, may be added as required by law.

3A. FOUNDING PRICING

Eligible Founding Members receive an additional 20% off their selected package during the initial 12-month paid billing window. Quarterly Founding prices for one, two and three tracks are $237.60, $451.44 and $641.52 every three months. Annual Founding prices are $758.40, $1,440.96 and $2,047.68. Standard selected-package pricing resumes after the benefit window.

The pricing window begins at the service-period start of the first qualifying paid recurring invoice. Successful payment activates the benefit; payment-processing delay does not extend the window. Cancellation does not pause the window, and rejoining does not restart or extend it. Misaligned re-enrollment requires Owner/Support review. Permanent Founding designation alone does not provide membership access or pricing eligibility. The approved package bundle savings are included before the additional Founding benefit; other promotional pricing does not stack. Pricing expiration does not end an otherwise valid paid membership.

4. UPCOMING CHARGES

Membership renewals follow the billing frequency and price accepted at enrollment. Any upcoming-charge notice identifies the expected charge date, amount and billing frequency.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact and payment information.

Failure to receive an email does not by itself terminate a subscription or modify the billing terms accepted at checkout, subject to applicable law.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Paid Membership Charges

Your initial membership charge occurs when you confirm your purchase. Recurring charges follow your selected quarterly or annual billing plan.

Memberships will continue to renew according to the applicable billing schedule unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.

Refund Eligibility

A refund request must be submitted within fifteen (15) days, defined for purposes of this policy as 360 hours from the time the applicable successful paid charge was processed, subject to the conditions below.

To remain eligible for a refund under this policy, the member must not log into, access, or use the JF Academy member platform after the applicable paid charge has been processed.

Once a member logs into or accesses the JF Academy platform after a paid membership charge, that charge becomes non-refundable under the standard refund policy.

The standard refund request window expires 360 hours after the applicable successful paid charge was processed.

To remain eligible under the standard refund policy, you must stop accessing the authenticated Academy platform after submitting your refund request while it is under review. Authenticated member access after submission and before the refund is processed makes the request ineligible under the standard policy. JF Media may still approve a discretionary refund.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. JF Academy may verify account access and billing records when evaluating eligibility.

Cancellation After Payment

Canceling a membership stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a charge that has already been processed.

Unless otherwise stated or approved by JF Academy, an eligible cancellation does not create a right to a prorated refund for unused time.

The timing of continued access following cancellation may depend on the member's billing status and the circumstances of the cancellation.

Discretionary Refunds

Jonathan Fowler Media LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to issue a full or partial refund, account credit, billing adjustment, or other accommodation when it determines that doing so is appropriate.

JF Academy may exercise this discretion even when a charge would otherwise be non-refundable under the standard refund policy.

Any discretionary refund, credit, or accommodation is made on a case-by-case basis and does not create an obligation to provide the same or similar accommodation in another situation.

Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

Members should contact JF Academy promptly if they believe a charge was made in error or duplicated.

Confirmed billing errors or duplicate charges may be corrected separately from the standard refund eligibility policy.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted through the official JF Academy support method identified in the member platform or other current JF Academy support communications.

The request should include sufficient information to identify the member account and applicable charge.

JF Academy may request additional information reasonably necessary to review the request.

7. WOWMI RELATIONSHIP

JF Media provides independent education, coaching, consulting, implementation, onboarding, and related services concerning the WOWMi platform.

JF Academy is independently owned and operated by Jonathan Fowler Media LLC. JF Academy is not owned or operated by WOWMi.

WOWMi platform subscriptions, accounts, pricing, billing, features, availability, and platform terms are controlled by WOWMi and are separate from JF Academy membership unless expressly stated otherwise.

Purchasing JF Academy does not automatically include a paid WOWMi subscription unless an offer expressly states that it does.

JF Media does not have authority to bind WOWMi, modify WOWMi’s terms, issue WOWMi refunds, or guarantee results from use of the WOWMi platform.

8. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE AND NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

JF Academy provides education, coaching, information, strategies, demonstrations, and resources.

We do not guarantee any particular business, marketing, financial, social-media, lead-generation, audience-growth, revenue, employment, lending, or other result.

Results depend on numerous factors outside JF Media’s control, including individual implementation, market conditions, platform changes, business circumstances, and third-party services.

JF Academy content does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, lending, or financial advice.

9. MEMBER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.

You may not:

• Share your account with unauthorized users; • Attempt to access another member’s account or private information; • Circumvent membership or access controls; • Interfere with JF Academy systems or security; • Use automated means to scrape or extract protected Academy content.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

10. LIVE COACHING

JF Academy may provide recurring live coaching sessions.

Schedules, topics, instructors, and availability may change. Sessions may also be rescheduled or omitted for holidays, emergencies, instructor availability, technical issues, or other reasonable operational circumstances.

Membership does not guarantee a specific number of individual one-on-one coaching sessions unless expressly included in the purchased offer.

11. RECORDING, TRANSCRIPTION, AND AI MEETING TOOLS

Live JF Academy coaching sessions, workshops, trainings, and other member meetings may be recorded by Jonathan Fowler Media LLC or its authorized representatives for educational, archival, quality-control, and member Resource Library purposes.

Only Jonathan Fowler Media LLC or an expressly authorized JF Academy host may make the official recording of a JF Academy session.

Members may not independently record, screen-record, audio-record, transcribe, capture, reproduce, or create automated summaries of any JF Academy live session without prior written authorization from Jonathan Fowler Media LLC.

Members may not introduce or use third-party automated meeting participants, transcription services, AI notetakers, recording bots, automated meeting attendance tools, or similar meeting-capture technologies during JF Academy sessions unless Jonathan Fowler Media LLC has provided prior written authorization. No exception is implied, automatic, or selected by a member. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, services such as Fireflies.ai, Fathom, Otter.ai, Read.ai, automated Zoom meeting bots, AI transcription agents, and comparable technologies.

JF Academy may remove or deny admission to any automated participant, bot, recording service, or account reasonably believed to be capturing, recording, transcribing, or extracting session content without authorization.

This restriction applies specifically to the unauthorized capture, recording, transcription, or automated collection of JF Academy live-session content. It does not prohibit members from using artificial intelligence tools for coursework, business activities, marketing, research, content creation, or other purposes otherwise permitted by JF Academy.

Official JF Academy recordings may include the image, voice, questions, comments, or other participation of attendees. JF Academy may edit, withhold, or decline to publish any recording before it is added to the member Resource Library.

Members should avoid sharing confidential, proprietary, sensitive, or personal information during live sessions that they do not wish to appear in an official Academy recording.

Unauthorized recording, transcription, automated meeting capture, redistribution, or use of prohibited meeting bots may result in removal from the applicable session and may constitute a violation of these Terms.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

JF Academy’s original courses, training methodology, coaching systems, prompts, templates, written materials, videos, graphics, workflows, resources, and other proprietary educational content are owned by JF Media or used under appropriate license.

Your membership provides a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use Academy materials for your own educational and business purposes.

You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, upload to another training system, or commercially exploit protected JF Academy materials without written permission.

JF Media retains ownership of its training methodology, courses, coaching systems, prompts, funnels, SOPs, and proprietary educational content. Third-party intellectual property, including WOWMi intellectual property, remains the property of its respective owner.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

JF Academy relies on third-party platforms and services that may include payment processors, video conferencing, email providers, authentication providers, hosting services, social networks, community platforms, and software applications.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

JF Media is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, feature changes, or other actions controlled by third-party providers.

14. COMMUNITY CONDUCT

Members participating in JF Academy coaching calls, communities, or interactive features must behave professionally and respectfully.

JF Media may restrict or terminate access for conduct including harassment, threats, unlawful activity, intentional disruption, unauthorized distribution of protected materials, attempts to compromise member privacy or system security, or material misuse of the Academy.

15. CHANGES TO JF ACADEMY

JF Media may reasonably update the curriculum, content, schedule, technology, instructors, resources, and delivery methods used by JF Academy.

Material changes to pricing or recurring billing will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms presented to affected customers.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JF Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of JF Academy or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to JF Academy or these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

When JF Media publishes a materially changed canonical active Terms version, acceptance of that version is required. Historical acceptance records and the exact Terms previously accepted are preserved.

Formatting, typo corrections, link maintenance and other non-material administrative edits do not require re-acceptance unless JF Media intentionally publishes them as a new acceptance-required version.

Material Terms Change — Existing Member Treatment

For Terms version 2026-10-06-v1:

Notice date / effective date: October 6, 2026 at 12:00 AM America/Chicago 2026-10-06T05:00:00Z

Existing-member acceptance deadline: November 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM America/Chicago.

Existing members who have not yet accepted the materially revised Terms may retain normal Academy access during this grace period.

During the grace period:

- clearly prompt affected members to review and accept the current Terms; - record acceptance against the exact active Terms version; - do not treat silence, login, continued use, or an older acceptance record as acceptance of 2026-10-06-v1.

If an existing member has not accepted the current Terms by the deadline:

- suspend protected Academy access until the current Terms are accepted; - preserve the member account and historical data; - do not delete progress or historical records; - do not manufacture or backdate acceptance; - restore access after valid acceptance if the membership otherwise remains entitled.

Do not allow the Terms-related suspension by itself to result in a new recurring charge while the member is unable to access the service because acceptance remains outstanding. If a renewal would occur during that state, block or route the renewal for safe/manual handling rather than charging and withholding access.

For new enrollments on or after the October 6 effective timestamp:

- no grace period applies; - acceptance of the active Terms is required before the protected enrollment/access flow can complete.
